Women’s Ride
details

Now that the evenings are getting lighter Stafford Road Club will
be
running another female tempo paced training session. This will start
on
Wednesday evening 13th May and run every week apart from the 3rd
June until the
12th August. The session will start at 19:00 the Mill
in Stafford opposite
Salisbury’s car park and be led by Wendy
Anderson.

The ride will be about
1.5hrs long building to 20miles on a hilly
route out towards Stone. The focus
will be building pace on hill
climbs and pushing your normal riding pace from
15mph to 19-20mph
average and working as a team. Please bring lights with you
and high
visable clothing.

The ride is open to non club members who
maybe interrested in joining
a club and will not go if it is heavy rain. Please
contact Wendy on
Wendy@staffordrc.org if you are interrested. If you are very
new to
cycling and want to have some coaching first please
