Hamstall Ridware wedding dress exhibition – 150 years of saying ‘I do’

The beautiful church of St Michael and All Angels in Hamstall Ridware is playing host to a special Spring event. Visit the church on Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May to see a wonderful collection of wedding dresses worn by local people over the last 150 years.

Dresses, veils, Christening gowns and other precious items associated with this very special and personal day will be on display, together with a dress from the Staffordshire County Museum Collection.

The event has been organised by local residents and they will be delighted to hear about your memories. Refreshments will be available.

The event will run over the two days from 11am to 4pm at the Church. For more details visit the Hamstall Ridware Facebook page.
